01 Can I visit without a reservation?

Yes. Walk-ins are welcome. We recommend calling ahead during peak hours, on weekends, for large groups or when you need a private room.

02 How do I make a reservation?

Please call the location you plan to visit: Hanoi 024 3999 9456, Bac Ninh 0979 900 680, or Ho Chi Minh City 0938 672 774. Tell us your date, time, party size and whether you need a private room.

03 Do you accept group and company-dinner reservations?

Yes. Seating layouts vary by location. The Ho Chi Minh City restaurant has 13 private rooms and a main hall. Please call ahead so we can arrange the right space for your group.

04 How can I change or cancel a reservation?

Please call the location that took your reservation as early as possible. If your party size or time changes, advance notice helps us rearrange your seating.

05 What are Kangnam Myeonok's signature dishes?

Our signatures include Kodari Spicy Cold Noodles, Korean Cold Noodles in chilled broth, charcoal-grilled Korean barbeque, freshwater eel and handmade mandu.

06 What is the difference between Kodari and broth naengmyeon?

Kodari naengmyeon is mixed with a sweet-spicy sauce and semi-dried pollock. Broth naengmyeon is served in a chilled, clean-tasting broth.

07 Are the naengmyeon noodles made in-house?

Yes. We make our noodles in-house to preserve the distinctive chew and texture of Korean naengmyeon.

08 Can the spice level be adjusted?

Some dishes can be adjusted when ordered. Kodari sauce and certain braised dishes are naturally spicy, so please ask our staff before ordering.

09 What should I do if I have a food allergy?

Please clearly inform our staff before ordering. Dishes may contain fish, shellfish, wheat, soy, sesame, eggs and meat. Because we use a shared kitchen, we cannot completely rule out cross-contact.

10 Do you have vegetarian options?

Our menu focuses on meat, fish and seafood, so vegetarian choices are limited. If you have specific requirements, please call the location before visiting to ask what can be adjusted.

11 Do you offer halal food?

Please confirm halal certification and ingredient requirements directly with the location before visiting. We serve pork dishes and use a shared kitchen.

12 Where are the Kangnam Myeonok locations?

13 What are your opening hours?

Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City open daily from 11:00 to 22:00; Bac Ninh opens from 11:00 to 22:30. For public holidays or special schedule changes, we recommend calling ahead.

14 Does the Ho Chi Minh City location have private rooms?

Yes. The Ho Chi Minh City restaurant has 13 private rooms in several layouts plus a main hall. We recommend reserving ahead for the space that best fits your party.

15 How do the locations differ in atmosphere and seating?

Hanoi offers a spacious, clean setting in central My Dinh; Bac Ninh suits group gatherings; and Ho Chi Minh City features 13 private rooms plus a main hall.

16 Do menu prices include VAT?

No. Displayed menu prices exclude VAT. If you need a receipt or tax invoice, please tell our staff when paying.

17 Is parking available?

Parking locations and access vary by restaurant and vehicle type. Please call the location ahead for the most convenient directions, especially for group visits.

18 Which payment methods are accepted?

19 Are takeaway and delivery available?

Takeaway and delivery depend on the dish and location. Some naengmyeon dishes are best enjoyed immediately at the restaurant, so please call before ordering.

20 Is the restaurant suitable for families with children?
