Terms of Service

Effective date: 3 October 2026

These terms cover Kangnam Myeonok's review management service for authorized restaurant managers. Contact: mienlanhkangnam@gmail.com.

Authorized use

You may connect only Google Business Profiles that you are authorized to manage. The app currently serves the configured Hanoi (My Dinh), Ho Chi Minh City and Bac Ninh restaurants. It has no public registration or paid customer subscription. Do not share credentials or use the app to impersonate another business, generate reviews, manipulate ratings or publish misleading replies.

Review management and approval

Connecting a Google account authorizes the API access described on the consent screen. Automatic publishing also requires the manager's explicit approval of the restaurant and posting rules. Managers control which replies may be published and which cases require their review.

Assisted drafting and language selection can be imperfect. Managers should check reports, manage exceptions and correct replies when needed. Replies are publicly posted as business owner responses on Google. The app does not guarantee an improvement in ratings, rankings or revenue.

Availability and stopping access

This app is an operational pilot. Scheduled checks depend on the operator's computer, network, Google authorization and API service availability. Checks or replies may be delayed or interrupted. Managers can request a pause or stop through the operator and revoke the Google connection at any time. Stopping the app does not remove replies already posted on Google.

Privacy and third-party services

Use of Google data and OpenAI-assisted processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Use of Google Business Profile and related services remains subject to Google's applicable policies. This service is independently operated and does not imply a partnership with or endorsement by Google or OpenAI.
